Post-Pandemic, Home Care Sales Look Anemic

Sales of home cleaning products slumped nearly 12% in mass channels for the 52 weeks ended Feb. 20, 2022, according to
IRI OmniMarket Total Store View data. All-purpose cleaners, the biggest segment, was also one of the hardest hit. According to IRI,
sales fell nearly 20% in grocery, drug, mass market, military and select club & dollar retailers.
